VALERIAN AND THE CITY OF A THOUSAND PLANETS A SCI-FI FICTION MOVIE

Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets is a forthcoming English-language French sci-fi fiction action-adventure movie that has co-produced, written as well as directed by Luc Besson. The film is actually based on the French science fiction comics series Valérian and Laureline, written by Pierre Christin and exemplified by Jean-Claude Mézières. It has casts including Dane DeHaan as Valerian and Cara Delevingne playing as Laureline, with Clive Owen, Rihanna, Ethan Hawke, Herbie Hancock, Kris Wu and Rutger Hauer playing as supporting roles. The film is programmed for release by STX Entertainment on 21 July 2017 in the United States and on 26 July in France.

Storyline

During 28th century, Valerian (Dane DeHaan) and Laureline (Cara Delevingne) are exceptional working charged with keeping order all the way through the human countries.

On project from the Minister of Defense, the two take on an undertaking to Alpha, an ever-extending city where groups from all over world have met over centuries to allocate knowledge, aptitude, and traditions. At the core of Alpha is a inexplicable dark force which menaces the serene subsistence of the City of a Thousand Planets, and Valerian and Laureline have to battle to recognize the threat and defend not only Alpha, but the prospect of the world
